Business Challenge
MakeDeal appeared as our internal business request to monitor our recruiters’ work. The problem was to improve their motivation and performance getting rid of tough manual tasks.
The idea was to design a product that offers smooth, productive workflow and increases our hirings at the same time.
MakeDeal appears to be the best fit for all these business challenges.
Project Results
Our dedicated team worked iteratively. Starting from the basic functional built in days, we enriched ou product according to the needs we had.
Now, after 6 months of painstaking work, we got these results:
- Minimizes human errors during communication with candidates
- Got more efficient workflow saving up to 7 hours prospecting for each recruiter comparing to manual approach
- Earned $30,000 during the first months after implementation
Solution Provided
FreySoft designed MakeDeal as browser extension, mobile application, and back-end application.
To start working with MakeDeal you need to:
- Install extension for your browser
- Create a library of message templates and projects
- Add personalized templates directly to the message box
The users have access to these functions:
- They can create Templates of messages that can be added to any messengers in a few clicks
- Templates can be divided into Projects and that allows to work on every hiring initiative separately
- We added ML model and built Analytics that demonstrates statistical data of every recruiter’s performance
Implemented features
Browser extension
We build browser extension that works in Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Opera. Our extension is compatible with any platform that has text input. No matter what website you use, you can benefit from MakeDeal everywhere!
Admin panel
Admin panel, our users can do the following:
- They can create text Templates
- They can group templates into Projects
- They can build Teams based on Projects
- They can track performance of each team and employee
Variables
MakeDeal offers personalized approach in configuring any project’s variables:
- Signature
- Templates of frequently used text
- Candidate’s name parsing
Leaderboard
This feature is based on Analytics. It allows to compare results of each team meber and offers rating between employees.
Teams
MakeDeal’s users can create different Teams based on different initiatives based on Projects. They can choose employees who take part in a particular Project or company’s initiative.
Mobile Application
Responding to the needs of iOS users, we designed an alternative keyboard.
It has the same functionality as browser extension as it is linked with MakeDeal’s account and Admin panel accrodingly.
