The data driven organization with a great analytics background but had a poor and non-responsive interface forwarded to us. It was painful for any bar/restaurant owner to quickly track his bar’s performance when he is on the move. Hence, the decisions to improve sales were delayed.
Project Result
By modifying and improvising the API’s of the organization and developing a sleek and appealing mobile website and mobile app has enabled owners to see their bar’s performances, yield, monitor their inventory etc. It enabled the bar to make quick decisions to improve the bars sales and performance anywhere on the globe. This ease-in-use application has converted to more user adoption which in-turn converted to more sales.
