Video Call Functionality for a Telemedicine

Our client is an application for providing remote medical consultations, needed to migrate from the end-of-life Twilio Programmable Video cloud platform to a new video conferencing solution. This migration was essential to maintain telemedicine services and enhance the app’s functionality and flexibility.

Using Agile methodology with 1-week sprints, our team achieved the following in one month:

• Successfully migrated the app from Twilio Programmable Video to Zoom Video SDK.
• Improved the app’s architecture by transitioning from a monolithic structure to microservices.
• Enhanced the app’s flexibility, allowing for easy integration with any backend.

FreySoft delivered a comprehensive solution for both web applications and Flutter-based mobile applications:

• Developed video call functionality using React and .NET.
• Refactored the .NET MVC project to a .NET API for better integration.
