Business Development Manager

Now we are in an active growth phase and entering new markets (Europe and USA). We are looking for an experienced BDM who wants to realize his ambitions in a dynamic company with a transparent management system and flexible processes.



  • 3+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in software development;
  • Good understanding and experience in SDLC;
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results;
  • Team management experience will be a big plus;
  • Great knowledge of automation tools for the outbound outreach, implement nurturing campaigns;
  • Fluent English (both speaking and writing).

Functional duties:

  • Outreach multichannel strategy implementation;
  • To manage leadgens’ activities and performance;
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate pre-sales and closing process;
  • Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with customers, generate opportunities with them;

Main tasks:

  • Turn opportunities into deals;
  • Lead communication between all stakeholders during the sales cycle;
  • Reveal client’s expectations at the discovery phase;
  • Prepare proposals;
  • Constantly improve the sales process with the team;
  • Improve sales funnel rates.
